Well not quite, but that's a good way to describe what we do. At CX Insights, we give you the window into your customers' experience to tell you:

  • Where and how they look for it
  • Whether they'll find your site, the products or information they need, and be able to act on it - whether that means buying, donating, or just learning
You're wondering what your customers - whether they're consumers, citizens, or contributors - think about your organization, Web site, or product. We'll give you answers.

Our role is part fortune teller, translator, technologist, designer, and interior decorator. Our Principal Consultant, Kate Walser, has 12 years experience observing and researching customers in their own environments as well as lab settings. She works with organizations to understand what customers want and design and implement products that will make sense for them.
